Are there ticket fees?

The Etix fee only applies to tickets that were purchased online. For walk-up sales at the box office, the Etix fee will not apply. The facility fee will apply to all ticket sales at the box office for walk-up sales. 

What does each ticket tier mean?

Gold Circle: First 4 rows of floor, first 3 rows of balcony
Individual: Seated ticket
GA: General standing room
Res Balc: Reserved seating in balcony, not wheelchair accessible

Are children permitted?

All events are 18 and older unless explicitly labeled as an “All Ages” event.  Those between 8 and 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must remain with the child at all times during the concert.  Children under the age of 8 years old are not permitted to enter the venue.  Please check the event page for your specific event for more information prior to your purchase of tickets, or contact the box office at info@bearsvilletheater.com.

What is your refund policy?

All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be processed unless the headline artist cancels the performance.

What is your in-and-out entrance policy?

Once inside the venue, you cannot leave and return except for designated smoking areas.

Are shows at Bearsville Theater general admission or seated?

Both! Bearsville Theater accommodates fully seated shows as well as shows that have standing room general admission on the orchestra floor in front of the stage. Tickets sold as standing room only (SRO) give access to the standing area in front of the stage. Entrance to the open floor general admission / SRO is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is there smoking allowed inside the theater?

No smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping is allowed inside the theater. They may only be used in designated outdoor areas.

Is Bearsville Theater ADA accessible? How can I purchase tickets for disabled patrons?

Yes. Bearsville Theater is accessible to customers with disabilities. The theater has ADA ramps at the entrance to the building, and an ADA ramp to the GA section of the theater. A chair can be available on the GA floor as per request. The venue has multiple ADA accessible restrooms and drinking fountains. If you have specific questions about ADA accommodations, please email info@bearsville.com.

No pets allowed. Certified Service Animals are welcome with prior approval. Approval may be given by emailing info@bearsvilletheater.com. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered (provided such devices do not interfere with the service animal’s work or the use of those devices is not prevented by the individual’s disability).

Can I take photos and videos of live concerts from my phone?

Bearsville Theater allows guests to take memorable photos and videos of the concerts for personal use for social media accounts or to show their friends and family. Photos and videos taken in the venue may not be used for live streaming or for commercial purposes.

Photo/video policy is determined by the artist and is usually not determined until day-of-show. Typically, non-professional cameras are permitted.  For professional photography, please inquire about the photo policy on day-of-show by calling the box office. Professional audio or video recording is only permitted in the venue with prior approval.

Is there a coat check?

Yes, coats and bags can be checked in the theater’s coat check, down the main flight of stairs. Coat check is $4 per item, tips are optional. Please arrive early as coat check often fills up.

Do you serve alcohol at Bearsville Theater?

Yes! Bearsville Theater has full bar service, serving all of your favorite alcoholic beverages. Anyone 21+ may purchase alcoholic beverages at most shows.

Can I bring in outside food or drinks?

Unfortunately, outside food and beverages are not permitted.  Snacks and beverages may be purchased at the venue, and there is a water fountain in the venue.

We understand some patrons travel with vital prescription medications or other health-related necessary items. Upon entering, please inform security staff of your situation and we will look to make a reasonable accommodation. While we’re on the topic, Bearsville Theater prohibits illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, spray paint, laser pointers, vapor pens, and smokeless cigarettes in the venue. Weapons of any kind are prohibited from entering the venue (management reserves the right to define). Please use good judgment, and if you have specific questions, please call or email our box office at info@bearsville.com.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

E-tickets may be transferred in the Etix application. If your tickets are at Will Call, a government ID matching the name on the ticket order would need to be provided.

I forgot to bring cash! Does Bearsville Theater have an ATM?

Bearsville Theater does not have an ATM machine. Credit cards and debit cards may be used at the venue.

Are umbrellas allowed inside Bearsville Theater?

Unfortunately, umbrellas are not permitted inside the venue.
