Description
Bob Dylan and The Band lived and worked here and wrote their most memorable songs in the local cafes and homes. The Woodstock Mountains Revue began in the 1970’s as a revolving collective of skilled, like-minded musicians, and many of these fine artists still live in the area. Together, they helped birth the Americana music genre and embodied the Woodstock community spirit – today, Bearsville is carrying these traditions into the future.
