The Bearsville Theater is requiring ONE OF the following, in order to gain admittance to the theater:

1. Personal ID alongside a valid vaccination card proving vaccination received more than 14 days prior.
2. A negative result after taking a rapid test outside the theater on the night at a cost of $15.00 This may take 10 minutes to show results.
3. A view of your page on the newly developed Excelsior smartphone app, along with your Personal ID, showing valid vaccination 14 days prior.

1. Come in through the front entrance and lobby and exit through the auditorium side door. There will be a forehead temperature check with a touchlessthermometer at the entrance. Temperatures above 100.4 will mean we will not be able to allow you in.

2. There are more than 20 hand sanitizing stations located around the theater.

3. If everyone on site does not have coronavirus, we do not have to follow social distancing and masking protocols.

1. All Bearsville Tickets are sold through the booking agent Eventbrite, which are ‘print at home’ tickets.

2. Bearsville and artist merchandise can be purchased both in the theater and online and will be ready for collection from the box office and at the end of the show.

1. There is a disinfection path in all high-traffic areas.

2. Both before and after every performance our team will:
a. Carefully disinfect all flat surfaces, the lounge, door handles, push plates, handrails, restrooms, box office counter and point of sale terminals with EPA approved cleaning products.
b. Wipe down and utilize a disinfectant spray on all theater seating.

3. Each restroom has only touchless sink faucets, motion sensor hand dryers. We are limiting the number of guests using the basement restrooms to two at any time. The center sink has been disabled so that each person washing their hands will have proper social distancing.

1. All employees and volunteers undergo a temperature test for each show and have been fully vaccinated.

2. No member of staff or volunteer who may have been in contact with anyone exposed to Covid-19 will be at any show.

1. Our plan and our policies are on our websites and Our policies are driven by the CDC, Ulster County Board of Health and New York State recommendations.

2. Everyone who enters the theater needs to supply an email address so that we can contact you if necessary.

3. If you buy a ticket but cannot attend a show because of Covid-19, we will refund the full purchase price.

4. If we learn that someone has contracted Covid-19, everyone will be notified within 24 hours.
